The series pressure reducing valve is a pilot piston pressure reducing valve,it is composed of main valve and pilot valve. Main valve is mainly composed of valve seat,main valve disc,piston,spring and other parts. Pilot valve is mainly composed of valve seat ,valve clark,diaphragm,spring,adjusting spring and other components.
The pressure reducing valve has a lot of improvement based on general pressure reducing valve,enlarge piston area,changed the throttle structure,changed the form of sealing,increased over-flow area,etc., so as to improve the sensitivity,flow rate,working life.
The steam pressure reducing valve is mainly used for steam pipe , suitable for steam pipe of large flow rate,large flow changes,and large input pressure changes.

Installation and maintenance:

1. The pipe must be clean and clean.
2. Install as needed, but it is best to make the actuator face up. Notice the flow direction.
3. Connect the valve to the pipe, note the actuator need to be removed only if the user has a special request.
4. Before opening or repairing the Angle valve, cut off the fluid and control the air source and reduce the pressure in the piping system.
